Hannah is taking part in the Pathways to Art program whereby she interns with a master artist at the gallery, in this instance Hannah is working with photographer Lily Hadrava.
Interns must complete 15 hours of one-on-one study with their mentor, complete a resume and artist statement, allow photography of their work for future publicity, prepare artwork for an exhibit, have parental signature if under the age of 18, and undergo an interview process. The minimum age to participate is 13.
Applicants need to include a reference letter from a teacher or someone who knows the quality of your work, a parental statement in support of the applicant, and at least 5 photos of work that you have completed in the last year. Any questions may be directed to: president@looncountryarts.org

The FIRST SATURDAY of each month Loon Country Arts will hold our Showcase Artist Open House and also offer a Creative Cafe project. Stay tuned for updates.
The July Creative Cafe will take place from 1:00 - 3:00 on July 5 but will be held at the Beltrami County History Center. Kathy Sanders will lead participants to create wooden trivets using patriotic designs.
